Comcast Wins Web Traffic Authority Over FCC

The FCC’s power has been limited in a court ruling Tuesday which granted ISPs, particularly Comcast, the ability to block or slow specific sites and charge video sites to deliver their content faster to users. Comcast’s intent has been to limit content speeds used by BitTorrent, the file sharing website.
